First step to start fixing it, is removing whatever you have installed because that caused the problem. Xorg.0.log shows that it can't load fglrx no matter what I do: [ 1.816] (==) Matched fglrx as autoconfigured driver 0 [ 1.816] (==) Matched ati as autoconfigured driver 1 [ It has known many locations over various transitions like /usr/X11R6/ and may differ depending on your distro. No more is needed. How did you install the fglrx driver?
