I'm using Outlook 2007 with Windows 7 and accessing my gmail account through Outlook using MAPI. replied4 years ago. Not sure how Yahoo email works, but you can look through the settings on the web mail and see if it offers settings for what folders you can sync via IMAP. Loading... IMAP account was deleted in WLM and created again. Now when outlook creates an imap account, it doesn't seem to let you choose the data file storage, but just creates a new data file for each account. Not sure about the AV issue, I've never had an issue with numerous AV programs and IMAP.
What antivirus are you using? You will find your PST file (if you have not changed it).
