I've paid for the full version to obtain an additional real-time protection. My major concern however has been from time to time when doing my audits of their networks or individual work stations I do find Malware PUP files and occasional virus or I'm running Windows 7 x64 and have Norton 2011. Other than that, they played well as long as I added exclusions.
