And it's fixes the issued. I stumbled onto a workaround that worked for me. Once it has booted up it works fine it's just the boot-up that is slow. Thing is, this is a freshly imaged machine, which was FileVaulted clean from a new Mobile account (then the files were recovered).

If you have all your apps and data backed up - to my thinking the easiest thing to do at this point would be to wipe the drive and do a I'm thinking you'll maybe not get the messages if you unplug the ethernet. Check the "Remember my choice" checkbox, then click "Allow Settings"4. Finally, I was able to install without any issues and get to the El Capitan main screen. I had a similar issue with the same GFX card, creating a DSDT from my motherboard and injecting the correct audio profile worked for me.
